1. I learn that you must get a goodnight sleep is key to getting enough rest so you can be energized in the morning. 2. What you can do better is to turn off the TV and turn on sleep music like listening to the sound of rain to help you sleep better.

1. Today I completed my entire morning routine and bedtime routine except for one goal in each.
2. Tomorrow, I can commit to completing the two goals I missed today.

I have supported my student well today. I’ve touched base with my elderly mum and arranged a longer chat soon. I donated stuff to a charity shop and bought an educational gift for a grand-nephew/niece.
Tomorrow, I can do better at fitting Bible study in earlier, before other activities. (This should be quite easy as tomorrow is a day off.)
