What type of exercise is your favourite for getting your sweat on?

I like doing jogging in place 5 mins and sit up 6mins and Russian twist for 5 minutes and cardio dance that’s a good one it makes you sweat alot and helps loose calories 😀 .

A good bike at the gym can be a useful choice to start sweating . If you wear a hoodie and make it tight while also wearing sweat pants it can be even better. Further, if you tuck the hoodie into your sweat pants you can really make your body get hotter as the air around it is trapped and heated.
