Typically, I do HIIT workouts every day. I’ll also often incorporate exercise bike, rowing machine, going swimming, or hiking (depending on my mood or what I have the opportunity to do). It can sometimes feel like doing some variety of the same thing over and over again, though, which can make the thought of exercise feel like more of a chore than an enjoyable activity, so I will switch it up when it gets to that point. I’m currently on day 8 of a 30-day yoga challenge (which I’ve never done before) and am really enjoying it. It’s made my daily workout something I look forward to again.
