How do you prepare a quick and healthy breakfast when you have very limited time?

Two strategies I have implemented to accomplish exactly this:
1. Eat the exact same breakfast (or slight variations on the same breakfast) every morning. This way, it becomes a habit you don’t even have to think about. For me, it is a protein shake, a yogurt, a banana, a carb (toast or bagel), and maybe 1-2 hard boiled eggs for additional protein.
2. Prepare anything that can be prepared ahead of time the night before. Automate the process so, again, you don’t even have to think about it.
