Well, my sleep rhythm is sometimes not so great, I go to bed in 2 am on some days and I want to change that. I just want to ask, how other people handled a bad sleep schedule or rhythm they had.

I recommend establishing a routine, habit, pattern to adjust your timing to prepare for bed. I also recommend taking zzzQuil about an hour before you lay down. Only time you’ll wake up would be to use the restroom which you knock out then lay back down and fall back asleep.
