What type of exercise can you fit into your morning routine?

Mr F.
It would be the same that I do each week. It goes legs, push, pull and do it again. Many different exercises to hit those body parts. Each workout takes an hour to hour and a half. You can do it super early if you go to bed early and wake up early. Getting good sleep helps your muscles recover. Also breaking the workouts down helps your muscles repair and grow before hitting them again. I just don’t recommend hitting the same muscles every day. That would cause more risk and injuries to occur.

Jogging is always the easiest and less stressful exercise to fit into your morning routine, except you’re new to it. But if you need something that won’t take you out of your house, you can always do stretches in the comfort of your room or home; squats, lunges, cobra stretches, planks, heel raises, jumping jacks and more. You can set a time limit for yourself to do these exercises, such that they fit into your schedule and morning routine.
