How did you all started to do meditation

I googled a few techneqs on what areas i wanted to focus on, becayse there are differrnt types of meditation. I wanted to focus on my inner self which lead me to chakra meditaion. Where i was able to channel my energy into on area at a time, which also helped me to be more balance with both my spiritual wellbeing and my physical, Once i found a area of meditation to focus on i did a youtube search, of different guided meditaion videos. To find ones that i enjoyed and was able to stay focussed on during deep meditaion. I found a few videos that were helpful for me and still use today 9 years later.
