Do you do the same exercise every day or what’s your rotation? I like boxing, yoga, running, and whatever exercise class there is at the YMCA I try and so one swima well to switch it up

I try to do different exercises everyday! I have a membership to a personal training studio where I lift weights on Mondays and train Pilates on Tuesdays. At home on Wednesdays, I allow myself a long recovery full body stretch. On Thursdays, I target a part of my body for a long mobility stretch. On Fridays, I do a cardio (HIIT or boxing) workout. Saturday and Sundays are shorter 5-10 minute stretches.
