If you also struggle with munching between meals, or eating desserts that everyone else is eating, do you have any tips for training your mental toughness to resist?

Out of site, out of mind. Try only eating sweets when you achieve a fabulous sreak, and hiding them the rest of the time. As for munching, stop buying small snacks, and only eat when you are really hungry. If so, eat something healthy. Good luck with stopping this bad habit! ♥️😄

I personally find it okay to have a little snack between meals. However, I usually make it healthy like a granola bar or some fruit. I make sure that it’s not too close to a meal time to eat it either. I have specific times for meals. If I want a snack that isn’t healthy, I usually use it as a reward or motivation for doing something I don’t like such as homework or chores to make those things more fun.
