First off, there are guided meditations integrated as a part of the Fabolous Journeys and all of them is available anytime as well. If you are looking for other apps purely dedicated to the meditation practice, I can warmly recommend both Calm and Headspace π A simple Google search will show endless hours of content, the trick is knowing where the best courses are ππ
Here are two of my favorite YouTube Channels for meditation music. 1. New Horizon β Meditation & Sleep 2. Lovemotives Meditation Music
YouTube is best in finding guided meditation courses. Also, if you have google play store, you can download free and paying apps to do daily meditations. Quite nice
I first found meditation via the Honest Guys on YouTube. I also use Simple Habit and Spotify. The internet has SO MANY options for different styles, or you can even just practice sitting in silence.
Of course, this app has many great features, meditation included, but my go to for many years has been the Calm app. They have soothing mediations that range in time to fit your schedule and also has some yoga and stretching. My favourite part of the app, though, has to be the sleep stories. I find that my mind races when Iβm trying to fall asleep and they provide a distraction from the outside world.
I use the Headspace mindfulness and meditation app. I find it great, and there are whole ranges of guided meditation focusing on student skills, different scenarios, and different timings. Try it out, and see if you find it useful!
I really recommend Headspace app, itβs great for both beginners and more advanced mediators, has different lengths and types of meditation. I use for over a year now and Iβm very happy with it π
I love the guided and free 21-day meditation challenges by Deepak Chopra and Oprah. They release four times a year with new topics. You can also buy access. The challenges include a personal journal for you to write about your experience, and it also ask challenging questions which will help you reflect and grow personally.
I use the app Calm for meditation. Calm has calming music, meditation, and sleep stories. I have also used headspace in the past but I prefer Calm
Headspace and Calm are both good. Youper, while not only a meditation app, also has meditation and breathing exercises.
