When you only have 5 minutes to eat breakfast before you leave, what do you do?

If I’m in an absolute rush, which is approximately 1-2 minutes, a protein bar is the way to go. Other than that, which is 5+ minutes, a toast; sandwich is good to go.

I will eat my breakfast iin that time quickly and definitely will not skip my breakfast i would atleast take some bites if i am running late

I usually skip it or order Dunkin.
I am trying to do better by being more prepared so I can grab and go if need be with something suitable. I’m making having an option a that doesn’t leave me hungry or pockets empty a priority.
