What’s your best way to stay on track?

Write a to do list and do it. In order to have energy, healthy eating has also become key. If I feel that i’m loosing track of what i’m supposed to do I just remember the length of my to do list and start another thing if i’m feeling that i need a break from that activity, so my break time is actually productive.

Think about the problem statement and think of better ways to combat distraction. Thinking about the journey being enjoyable. Actually doing some after all the thinking.

I try to set small, achievable goals. Having lots of wins in a row motivates me and sets a strong foundation from which I build, bit by bit, every day.

My best way to stay on track is to give a certain time to something I have to do that day. For example: if I had to do school for 5 to 6 hours I would place school for 8am to 2pm. It definitely works good for me but not everything works for everybody.
