What types of exercise do you usually do in the morning?

I like to do morning stretches. Yoga poses get my heart going much more comfortably than a short run personally. YouTube has great 5 or 10 minute yoga flows that I love waking up to.

What I usually do is that I do pushups, jumping jacks, knee pull ups, and I do some yoga. You should check out exercises on YouTube, that's what I do sometimes. Hope you are inspired!!!
