What should be on my mind while meditating?

Generally, deep contemplation through self reflection will generate a focus of awareness that will permeate your inner consciousness. I meditate on the sound of my breath, breathing deeply and throughly. Many people do not know how to breathe properly and cannot align their focus with their intentions. Intention is paramount. 🌹🌹🌹💕

you should think about breathing like "in and out" or " deep breath hold" idk really tho ur guess isn't as good as mine that's what i do
