Recently I start using this app and the thing or you say a routine which i follow since It start is 'Drink a water' and 'eat healthy breakfast' it's actually better my morning because take these two habits on daily bases actually make me feel great and at the same time energised me! Now I get to know that the need of these two habits make a person's morning magic and I think that you should always start from the basic then there you get to know what's actually feels you good and make you perfect by only one single habit on the daily basis.
