Well, here’s the real secret…

Calorie deficit!

Yeah, whilst exercise can help, the only way you’ll be trimming down your waist is through a caloric deficit. It can assist in weight loss, but not guarantee it. No exercise or weird device can do that for you. Just focus on eating less than (the energy) you burn and you’ll have a slimmer waist in no time! Remember to still eat enough food though, don’t undereat.

In terms of weight loss, a deficit of 500 calories should be sufficient in gradual weight loss (by this I don’t mean eating only 500 calories, but 500 calories less). Make sure to eat food that’s full of healthy proteins fats and carbs and enjoy life! don’t get too focused on the numbers ^^
