What is the ideal time to sleep if you want to wake up before 5AM?

Ideally you will need about 7 hours to sleep, so I would recommend hitting the bed by 9:30 pm so that you can fall asleep by 10 pm.
But in reality, as long as you can feel energetic right after waking up at 5 am, sleeping in after 10:30pm will work. But it's the habit to sleep early that will really help you with waking up early every day.
