I don’t think that purpose is something u achieve, but something you work on/towards everyday and having that intention in all the little things you do throughout your day. But the best way to work towards it is to first identify your purpose, wether it is to help people or yourself, and actively doing what makes you feel fullfilled and content.

To align my work and my purpose I will first understand my environment which includes familiarizing with Malaysian law and Private Educational Institution Act, MQA, then I will understand how each department and unit functions. To have my audit instrument tuned towards it and validate it with the heads. Plan and schedule the annual audits, prioritize critical areas and risky areas. Engage with stakeholders to understand the operation and issues better. Promote awareness . Execute and evaluate. Identifying the pattern, abnormalities and document them with recommendations. Measure and follow up. Get trainings and stay informed. Foster a culture of governance
