I like to get a candle (the color of whichever you are focusing on or a singular white or specially made chakra candle) and recite my affirmations every day. In the morning or at night, or whenever you feel you need to. It’s all personal so make your affirmations, write them down and then recite them. You will prevail! Go with love and light!
