An easy breakfast could be a smoothie! Add fruits, nuts, seeds, some liquid as you see fit to a blender the night before. In the morning you can blend and drink with one hand! Even easier is drinking out of the blending container. Washing is as simple as putting some liquid dish sop in the blender and blending it. Then just rinse after. Hope you can get a good idea from this and I wish you well with your newborn!
