I do intermitted fasting, so I usually eat around 10:30AM. It’s no problem not to eat in the morning. More important is to drink enough water, especially after waking up, because of dehydrating/sweating during the night.

I used to just not eat if I wasn’t hungry in the morning. Now I make myself eat something nutritious that doesn’t feel like eating a lot. Maybe a small bowl of nuts and seeds with fruit and kefir yoghurt poured over. Sometimes, the act of eating will make you hungry!
