What cleaning tasks are the most important to get done?

Definitely doing the dishes and cleaning downstairs and the laundry for everyday. I also like to keep my room clean but I haven’t had much time to get these done.

If we're talking in the context of change, then I'd say the most important cleaning tasks are the ones we've normally been putting off, resisting doing them maybe. If we then make them the priority we will gradually create a change for the better. These tasks will then become the normal, the habit.

I actually set the reminder to floss. I floss every night before brushing my teeth. Do your retainers come out? If not, no problem, there is a brush with a very small head specifically designed for braces. Another great flossing tool is an electric water floss or water pic. Works extremely well especially with braces. I used it as a kid for that exact reason.
I am sorry you are struggling with depression. I don’t know your situation but have been depressed myself. It’s hard and most don’t get it. I am happy you joint fabulous. Just set one goal, like brushing your teeth and do it daily. Believe me, it will take time but one accomplished goal will lead to another and slowly something inside awakens, a little spark. For me it's the simple task since I'm frequently going through deoressive episodes the smallest tasks can be a challenge for me so for ex doing the bed or putting my clothes in place are my main tasks right now

Wash the cloth's this task are the most important to get done.Because after 4 to 5 month's i don't wash cloth's . And today when i wash cloth's then i feel very ashemad because i feel i don't do wash cloth's but finally i very clearly wash all each and every cloth's .
