Hi there. I try different ways of meditation regularly as sometimes just focusing on my breathing can get boring or even put me to sleep 😂
One of the best alternatives I’ve found is to repeat a word and focus on the word. This helps me clear my mind relatively faster than focusing on my breathing. Another thing I do is, I try to make a tapping sound by tapping my index finger on something and then focusing on that sound to clear my head. I also enjoy meditating outdoors and focusing on sounds that occur in nature. You could also try walking while meditating and focusing on the steps you take. Hope this helps.
