I enjoy breakfast sandwiches with egg, sausage or bacon, a little bit of cheese on wheat or seed bread and a side of fruit, and a large cup of water, a small cup of fruit juice, and a small tea or coffee.
An egg white sandwich with cheese and low cal English muffin or bagel. I’ll also make an egg white wrap or just eat egg whites on their own. Then to go with it protein oatmeal with some peanut butter added to it. Sometimes instead of the oatmeal I’ll do Cheerios with skim milk or grits with cheddar cheese added in.
I know cereal isn't, but it's one of the most filling for me. Eggs don't hold me over at all. I feel like I can eat the entire carton and still be hungry.
My all-time favourite is Avacado Toast. It's easy to make and tastes delish. 😋 I usually drizzle some Sriracha on top of it too.
I don't really like eggs for breakfast lol. I really like some peanut butter toast or some protein pancakes or overnight oats tho .
I eat rolled oats with vegan milk. I get ample fibre from this and i also add a banana and toss flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
Eggs are delicious, and also nutritious, so I also prefer them! I also like to get some carbs like rice or bread, and some fruit if there are any.
