I don’t quite enjoy the taste of matcha in the morning so I prefer to eat something more nutritious that I enjoy and will get me through the day. Today I ate a banana a with peanut butter so that I could get a lighter breakfast, but also get protein and vitamins to starts my day.

Yes, I think that can work but it shouldn't be the only thing for breakfast, try eating something with it, like a sandwich
