I like to add sugar to my match but sweetener to other teas. My favourite tea other than matcha is Earl grey straight from England❤️
Sweeten black, do not sweeten tisanes. I take it properly for the type I’m taking. I prefer sweet and fruity tisanes or strong and bold teas
