Of course not! A breakfast is an easy way to get some energy for the rest of your day! If you don't have tons of time, even just a quick snack could make all the difference.

Well, it is not a thing that we should normally apply to our routines, BUT you could not eat for a few hours and for example, start eating at 11 pm.
