Apples and peanut butter. Make a quiche on Sunday and eat it all week. A fried egg and an english muffin. A bagel and a cup of tea. Instant oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts. Freeze your favorite homemade waffles or muffins so they're always ready for you. Leftovers from dinner the night before are always a good option.

I like to have a kind bar with some peanut butter; protein and grains, without having to wash dishes or cook! It's really easy to eat that when I'm supposed to.
