Even I get stressed sometimes the most easy and effective excercise i do is savasana just lie down on your back and close your eyes and inhale deeply and exhale through mouth and after some breaths just relax your every body part your mind your soul and be there for 10-15 mins. I am sure you will feel very much relaxed and calm.

I also struggle with depression. Yoga is really good for it, especially using YouTube videos specifically for depression. Also, going to the gym forces you to be around others which can help.
