Is eating breakfast important enough this I should do it even if I’m not hungry?

Yes, it definitely is. Even if you do not necessarily have an appetite first thing in the morning, you should at least eat SOMETHING. Maybe an apple or toast, as they are healthy and small. Maybe when you start eating, you’ll get hungry. Eventually your body will get used to eating breakfast and will naturally feel hungry at that time again.

After over night fasting the body needs energy. The energy obtained from first meal is utilized during the day. So breakfast is the most important meal.
