If you eat breakfast and then workout, how you do fill in that time when you take a bit to let the food digest? :)

On the weekend I will throw some laundry in the washer and make my bed.
On work days the exercise is a struggle in the morning. I get up before 5 and need to get ready for work. Getting up earlier isn’t an option so the exercise gets pushed to the mid morning and I take a 15 minute walk at work.
