I usually burn between 200 to 300 calories per excersice session. Four to five days a week. Should I do it every day?

At first you can take small steps and exercise three or two days a week soon you can start doing this everyday and it will become a natural habit so always take small steps

I don't think so; give time to your body to recover and rest. The rest time is as important as the proper exercise, in the correct measure, of course.
