I know green tea is good for the body yet I find it so bitter and the after taste lingers . . . is there suggestions to help with this?

If you use proper propotion and timing, there should be no aftertaste: 85C water 1 teaspoon tea per glass, rinse the tea, then pour fresh water and leave for 1 to 3 minutes. In fact it tastes a little sweet, yet if it’s not enough, honey is a good solution
