I have to be slim & and smart. Does yoga and stretching help

In order to be slim and smart I would encourage regular reading, a balanced diet and exercise. Make time each day to read or listen to something you love; an audiobook, a podcast, an e-book. You could pair an audiobook with your daily stretch. I would also recommend some short courses, with an end of unit assessment. These types of frequent assessments will highlight how much new knowledge you are able to retain and recall. If you make the time to do each of these things regularly, you will be an able to reach your goals. You can do it, friend, and do not forget to celebrate yourself every step of the way!
