I have adhd so i can relate highely to this. I would recommend to do this late at night or early in the morning when no one is up. Put your phone on silent, and maybe even plug in your airpods or headset to really feel it more intensely and also block out all the outside noise. But if you find yourself still getting distracted, use those distractions as if they’re versions of you and take it back into your own reflections.
