I find Intermittent Fasting helps me lose those toughest pounds to get off but find Intermittent Fasting hard to do. Any ideas?

You can walk from 10 to 20 minutes daily and this will benefit your mental health as well as your physical health
– ( if you have a bicycle, practice it instead of walking if you don't like it , it will perform the same function) beside decreasing the fats in your food so you will burn more calories and notice the difference
You can also do some hole exercises without any gym equipments like push ups , sit up, and plank . Do these exercises daily beside walking and wait for the result .
