Return items that have been used back to where they should be. Wash cutlery immediately. Get rid of trash as soon as possible.
Only think if it as a bunch of small tasks. Make a list of what small things to do like put one thing away and do it in steps.
Just start with the simple task first. If you put forth the effort to do it will accomplish the task at v hand in a timely manner. Don't over due it. If you get tired take breaks. You will be able to get a few more things done that way as well.
