How long do you exercise in the morning? When do you do it?

I don’t really exercise in the morning, it is not convenient to me. I do it in the evening at 17.00 and at 21.00. Twice a day for 30 minutes each time. I had had my sessions scheduled before I joined Fabulous so I continue them.
If you are a beginner, try 10-15 minutes of exercises. If it’s not your first time – 20-30 minutes will do fine.
And don’t forget to find the best time for you, it’ll help to stay on track 😉
