How do you stay off tik tok?
Staying off TikTok can be challenging, but creating a routine that prioritizes meaningful activities is key. Set specific times for social media use and gradually reduce them. Replace scrolling with rituals like reading, exercising, or journaling. Use reminders to stay accountable and reflect on how disconnecting makes you feel. By intentionally unplugging, you’ll develop healthier habits that align with your goals and enhance your overall well-being.
I have personally found no way around it but to delete the app I have tried setting limits but I used to always tap 15 more minutes or change the settings to allow me to have more time on the app, I’ve also tried dedicating a certain amount of tik toks I would watch but I never stuck to that amount I’d always say I’d 'just watch one more but then I could be there for a another few hours watching tik toks till my phone died. So that’s why deleting the app I find is the best way for me because after all I don’t beleive there are any benefits to watching tik toks on only businesses benefit from their advertisements on tik tok.
