How do you stay consistent with exercise, keep yourself motivated, and ensure you don’t slack off?

Keep it simple build your exersise routine up day by day if one day you don't feel like exercising just keep it simple tell yourself I'm just going to do star jumps for one minute you might even end up doing more than that or not what matters is that you are staying consistent even if not very motivated to do so
Its better to take small steps one by one up the ladder than take big steps and fall off the ladder if you do fall off the ladder don't try and jump back up to where you used to be that will be too difficult and you will probaly give up instead take small steps up the ladder with extra knowledge of how not to fall.
