How do you stay consistent, even on the hard days?
Staying consistent on hard days requires a strong connection to your purpose. Start by reminding yourself why you set your goals. Create a simple ritual, like journaling or meditating, to refocus your thoughts. Break your tasks into smaller, manageable steps and celebrate small wins. Remember, it’s okay to have off days; what’s important is to get back on track. By embracing flexibility and reinforcing your commitment to your purpose, you can maintain consistency even when challenges arise.
I do my day rutine, even if I feel depressive. I start with breathing, 5 tibetans yoga, drink enough water or tea, eat small portions more often, I write down 3 things I am grateful for, 3 things I am proud on myself and 3 things I wish. I learn spanish two time per day.
