How do you plan time for meditation?

I like to plan it in my head. “Tonight I will go to bed, put some nice sleeping balm on my head that will help me relax and put on my diffuser with some lavender essential oil. I like to listen to some relaxing music or no music and focus on my breathing by taking a deep breathe (about 4 seconds) hold about 4 seconds and then a longer exhale. Sometimes I like to just stop and reflect, I go some place quiet and I reflect, or do breathing exercises.
