How do you meditate when you are at a busy place (work for example) or with a busy schedule?

I breathe deeply into my belly or become aware of the sensations of my breath on my upper lip. Sometimes just a couple minutes makes the difference!

Sometimes it's just good too breath in 15 times (or as many as you'd like) and blink 10 times. I know it's not a "meditation" type of thing but it's quite calming.
