I am trying to keep the good sleeping habits, even though it is not easy or convenient sometimes. Quitting social media and streaming 1h at least before going to bed is helping me a lot. Also doing gentle stretching, deep breathing exercises and drinking herbal tea before bed. I can't really say which one is the effective one, but I can notice they all have a good effect on my sleep quality and they make me feel better.
