How do you keep kitchen counters free of clutter?

Alles meteen opruimen, want hoe langer je het laat liggen, hoe minder zin je krijgt om het op te ruimen en hoe moeilijker het schoon te krijgen is.

I use a fruit bowl for onions and garlic, and put groceries away as soon as I hit the door. Having a pantry with clearly labeled ingredients is very useful as well.

I usually don’t….im pretty bad at it but lately I’ve just been setting aside time and playing music or a podcast while I do it. That really helps motivate me.

Don't store Appliances onthe counter, only keep the absolute necessities on the counter, put the dirty dishes inthe dish water immediately, start fresh each nite, keep decorations to aminimum, create a designated Place for dirty items, keep a central location for papers and mail

I never keep anything on the counters to begin with and if there is anything i make sure to keep it off the counter and find a better place for it to stay…
But sometimes i just don’t keep the counter clean 😂

You clean up as you are cooking or as soon as you are done.
Cooking is cleaning, and if you can't clean, you can't cook.

Saya akan mengemas semua peralatan yang sudah saya gunakan dan membersihkan kaunter dapur agar ianya terlihat bersih dan kemas

Don't store anything that is not a necessity. Clean dishes immediately. Have a neat spot for Regular used items, mail and papers. Try to clean it each night so then when you wake up in the morning you don't have to worry about the kitchen.

First organize. Then when you make something have a designated cleaning/dirty dish spot. That way when you have a moment while cooking, or after you're done, it's nectar to the sink/ dishwasher.

I only keep the things i use every day like
-toaster
-cooking oil
-A paper towel/cloth towel to clean
-I have a small spice rack where i keep all my spices.
I keep the wet wipes handy so after every use i wipe the kitchen counter clean that way u dont have to do lot of work at once and that way the counter is clean and easy to use.

The Way I keep the kitchen counters free of clutter is by the moment I see mess I pick it up or as soon as I’m done with my food I wash my plates

Place and organise items into containers. It's good to categorise them the way you like, such as bread and wheat, fruit, meat and vegetables. In the freezer, I place bigger frozen items and desserts on the bottom so I'm not as inclined to grab them first when I make food. Then, I place meat that I will cook in the next few days in the first level of the fridge and cook them all at once. Those meal preps are stored and ready to go! If I don't have time to meal prep, I would occasionally buy food outside or pre order packed microwave food to eat. The top level of the fridge is fruit, nuts, eggs and other small daily eats that I have. On the side, I always have a bottle of milk and juice to switch between them as to keep myself healthy and not bored.

Created a habit of if I was using dishes I would clean it right after or atleast rinse and put it in the sink and being organized of where things go

I like to have bins so I can put like different types of things in the bins and makes my kitchen less cluttered. For example, if there’s something on the counter like bananas or apples, you can get like a bowl and put them in there instead of just tossing them in your kitchen.

Cleaning is such a therapeutic process. Some like it, others donot. The best way, that i personally find, is by cleaning up! Once you are satisfied with the neatness of simple, necessary items, you will not want anything else to be left around. Make sure to keep items that are necessary to you for everyday in one area of the kitchen. Do not keep mail in the kitchen.

I clean my kitchen counter twice a day…. In morning and in night… When you are done doing your kitchen work you should wash your dishes instantly….. And you should clean your kitchen before you bath because after bathing you will feel good that you have already done your kitchen work …that's all!!
Lanie Y.
My answer would be when cooking clean up as you go along and when you take thing out put them back after they are used. If you have a nest and clean workspace it will be a lot easier.

I first start by putting on some good music then I loading in and out of the dishwasher and after that I organize and put the rest of the things where it belongs and then to finish-ut i clean the kitchen.

I made sure that the old food place first and the new food place in the back . Looks gor outdated or stale I try to organize every two months .

Every time you use a dish, clean it. That way theres less work and it doesnt pile up on the counter like an endless pile of work! Hope this helps 🙂

In the kitchen, clean as you go. When I’m baking cookies I wash everything a put it on the dry rack while my cookies are baking. And by the time I’m done washing my cookies are done! Do this with any food or pastry that you make.

I put things away right after using them, if it's dirty dishes, I put them right in the sink and wash them at the end of the day. I then wipe the countertops with a damp cloth.

It's difficult because I put everything on my counters and kitchen table it seems and so does everyone else but I typically remove the clutter and clean the kitchen before and after dinner ready for tommorows Junk to clutter it up again

Something my parents had told me when i was a kid has stuck with me forever and helps me stay organized. Find a place for everything. If you have a place for everything then when cleaning, you can do it more efficiently.

Well, I have a rule around my house that is super helpful. It's "dont put it down, put it away" by keeping yo that rule in every room in the house it generally keeps it clutter free and neat. And if you dont have space in your cabinets or pantry for the stuff that gets left out, I would recommend getting bins and boxes and sorting through everything. You can find that sort of stuff on Amazon, at your local craft store etc. And they can come in cute patterns and designs so it wouldn't look bad. If you are going to try the boxes thing, be sure to label all the boxes and bins so you can remember where things are:)

Well my mom is the incharge of our kitchen
After she ' s done cooking she cleans the kitchen.
It's not hard . I also take this responsibility of keeping kitchen clutter free after lunch and dinner .
*Whenever you take out something remember to keep it back to its place after using it *

This really works ..After 30 (or maybe more) days you will get used of it and tadaa your kitchen will be clean and clutter free
