How do you integrate a great breakfast with an intermittent fasting routine?

It really depends on the time that you're fasting but, It would be really effective if you had already a meal plan ready for the situations that you may have. For exemple : If you fast 16:8 you could have a breakfast that contains carbs, protein and fat ( avocado toast for exemple, smoothie's, sandwiches with chicken or cheese,etc) to keep you full if you know that you will have no time left for lunch. Or, if you do have time for lunch but a small eating window, you could integrate a small breakfast and add some source of nutrients,like fruits, vegetables,etc.
