I ask myself if I've done any other productive thing that day, and if the answer is no then I know 10 minutes is not long and I can actually get a lot accomplished in that time. If the answer is yes, then I try to just pick up what's around me at that moment and when that's done I leave the rest for the next day.

Well, it sounds super simple, but I just get up and do it. I have a bad habit of overthinking everything, so sometimes when I need to clean, I just count down from five and then get up and start cleaning without thinking too deeply or stressing about it.
