How do you feel immediately after exercise?

Honestly, I feel like a newborn right after I exercise. I usually do it in the morning as soon as I wake up so exercising helps me wake up. I have also discovered that your feelings after exercising depend on which exercise you do, at which time and if you do it every day. Because if you are not consistent you can injure yourself. So my suggestion is to start when you are ready to have the best outcomes.
