Just downloaded the Headspace app. Was diagnosed with ADHD after going through some challenging experiences at work and researched coping strategies etc. Sat in my car one lunchtime and and listened to the first session. Get really good and now I’ve meditated for 550 hours in total so far.
I started meditating regularly when I read a book of Dan Harris about his way to it. It was very inspiring. And almost immediately after beginning I started to notice changes in my mood and way of thinking.
I originally started meditating a few years ago. I was in college and needed some help focusing, I think. I had found an app, Calm, that delivers new meditations daily and offers meditation “courses” to help shape whatever your focus is. I started with doing it every morning when I woke up. I found that it helped me get through some of the difficult things in my life at the time. My life changed, though. It became more difficult to keep up after I graduated. I let life get in the way of that and of exercise. Now, I’m trying to get back into both. I’m hoping Fabulous can help me build the habits I need to maintain this for life.
I started meditating when I had my injury then I stopped for a while and now I have started it back up again with my nervousness, anxiety, and stress for my college class and my sleep 😴 as well and I love ❤️ meditating it helps so much
I started meditating when I was struggling to remember the basic tasks of my day, because I had so much on my mind. Mindfulness is a technique that I picked up in counseling that allowed me opportunity to slow down and really not worry as much. They suggested meditation, as in taking a few minutes to relax your mind and calm yourself. I have seen much better results since starting!

I downloaded a meditation app and meditated lying in bed before I went to sleep. I found it helped clear my mind and calm me before bed.
