How can I motivate myself to exercise more?

if you workout alone, it is quiet tough. Going to the gym and meeting like minded people who are motivated to workout will help you alot. It's best to workout initially with people, friends or colleague. Consistency is the key..even if you feel messed up and sad, make sure to simply do some light exercises to distract yourself. You will eventually get in a habit.
